ugh today wasn’t a good one lol
both arms started itching around 4pm, for like a solid hour straight, the kind where you just want to peel your skin off
day 6 of this now, ever since the AC switched to that in-between setting where it’s not fall yet but the air’s already dry at night
washed the sheets again, third time this week haha, idk if it’s even helping at this point but i keep doing it anyway
one small thing though… didn’t scratch till it bled this time! so that’s something i guess
just needed to get it out somewhere tonight, you guys
