Body Time ›Daily Routine

quiet day for the hands

Today was one of those days where the commute and the meetings just blur together, but I stuck to the same wash routine before bed anyway, the fragrance-free one I switched to a while back, just to keep one variable steady while everything else at work is not.

Hands got noticeably worse by the afternoon, right around when I’d been typing through back to back calls, and I keep seeing that pattern but still can’t tell if it’s the keyboard, the hand sanitizer at the office, or just stress showing up wherever it wants to.

meadow, trees, landscape

Kept: fragrance-free wash, moisturizer right after washing instead of waiting until it’s already dry, and a couple lines in the notebook before bed even when I didn’t feel like writing anything.

Didn’t keep: no new laundry detergent today, we’re still on the old one, so if the neck patch flares this week at least I’ll know it’s probably not that.

Is anyone else actually able to tell a stress patch apart from a detergent reaction, or does it just come down to trial and error and a notebook full of half answers.

Same thing happens to me, hands get noticeably worse after a long stretch of typing, and for about 3 weeks now I still cant tell if its the keyboard or just stress from back to back calls. Moisturizing right after washing helped me too, how about the rest of you folks
