Body Time ›Daily Routine

notebook, day 9

Day 9 of the notebook and I actually went back and reread it tonight instead of just adding to it. Typed nonstop from 9am to 4:30pm today, quarterly numbers due, and by the time I stood up my knuckles were tight and red again. Same thing happened last Tuesday, also a heavy typing day. Logged it anyway: hands moderate, neck about the same as yesterday, slept 6 hours.

Also switched laundry detergent 2 weeks ago and I still can’t tell if the neck patch calmed down because of that or because work slowed down for a few days around the same time. The timing works for about three different explanations and I have no way to pick one.

Baked a loaf after dinner, hands were fine for that part.

Anyone else notice it’s specifically the typing-heavy days, not just stress in general? Or am I just giving my brain something to chew on for the ride home.
