hands rough after typing

Kept it low key today, mostly just watching my hands after a long stretch at the keyboard.

Put the unscented lotion on after dishes and again before bed. Not sure if that’s actually helping or if things would’ve calmed down anyway once the week slowed down. Anyone else notice hands getting worse specifically after long typing days, separate from general stress?
