Body Time ›Daily Routine

kept the routine simple

Logged day 6 with the fragrance-free wash and honestly can’t tell yet if it’s doing anything or if my hands just got a break because work was slower this week.

Soap Bath

Hands went rough by Wednesday afternoon, right after 3 hours straight of typing up a report, worse across the knuckles than anywhere else. The patch behind my left ear stayed about the same, not worse, not better.

What I kept:
– lotion after every hand wash, lost count somewhere past 8
– oatmeal bath before bed on day 4, the itching had woken me up around 2am
– baked on day 5 anyway, hands were fine handling the dough which honestly surprised me
– notebook entries, 11 days running now

What I didn’t:
– switch the laundry detergent yet, wanted to change one thing at a time
– do anything different about the commute, still 90 minutes each way and my hands are always worst right after I get off the train

Not sure the notebook is actually telling me anything at this point or if I’m just giving myself something to obsess over for 90 minutes on the train. Anyone else track this stuff long enough to actually see a pattern, or does it mostly just confirm what you already suspected?
