Back on night shift this week, and my sleep schedule is a mess again. Made a loaf of sourdough on my day off before the shift, hands got pretty dry from all the kneading. Put on a thick layer of moisturizer right after washing the flour off, then again before heading out around 9pm.
Skin stayed calm through the whole shift, no real flare-up despite being under fluorescent lights for 8 hours and washing my hands more than usual. Nothing special, just kept moisturizing on schedule instead of skipping it when things got busy.

Showered when I got home, moisturized once more before bed. Rotating shifts always throw everything off but this week’s been okay so far!
