hands worse on typing days

Three weeks into the fragrance-free body wash and honestly can’t tell if that’s what settled the neck patches or if it’s just that work slowed down after the quarterly stuff wrapped. Neck’s calmer than it was in July either way.

Hands are the opposite story. Tuesday and Thursday were back to back report days, hours of typing, and both nights my knuckles were red and tight by the time I got home. Stress or just friction from that much typing, honestly can’t separate the two.

Also switched laundry detergent around the same time as the wash, which in hindsight (impatient, I know) made this whole notebook thing pretty useless for figuring out what’s actually doing anything.

Next week I’m leaving the detergent alone and only changing one variable at a time. If anyone’s untangled a wash change from a detergent change before, how long before you could actually tell?

the typing thing is real for me too, my knuckles get red and tight after long keyboard days, more than anything else going on explains it. switched laundry detergent about two months ago too, so I still can’t tell if it helped my neck or if it was just a calmer week at work. hands and neck probably need separate columns, they react to different things.

same here on grad school paper days, hands get tight after about (2 hours) of typing~ never sure if it’s stress or the friction
