Three stretch breaks a day was the plan, and I only hit it 4 out of 7 days this week, still better than none so I’ll take it!
Monday and Tuesday were bad, hunched over the laptop most of the afternoon and my neck was tight by 5pm both days. Studying ate into my lunch break those 2 days too, so the stretch just didn’t happen. Wednesday I finally raised the monitor on some old books, and that helped more than I expected honestly.
Weekend was the usual trail with the kids, about 90 minutes out and back, and my shoulders felt looser after than before, which basically never happens on a desk day.
– stretch breaks: 4/7
– monitor raised: still there, not moving it back
– neck ache: down to twice this week instead of most days

Next week I want to set an actual timer instead of just trying to remember, since remembering clearly isn’t working for me.
