My neck was locked up by Wednesday, so I set a timer to stand up every hour instead of pushing through it.
Kept it up 4 days this week, missed Friday since work and exam prep collided. Just stood, rolled my shoulders back, walked to the kitchen and back. Nothing fancy, but it actually helped!
Woke up Saturday and my neck wasn’t as stiff for once. Still hunch over the laptop the second I sit down though.
Next week I want to actually fix my chair height instead of guessing at it. Not expecting miracles with two kids and an exam to study for, just stacking small stuff that doesn’t cost extra time.
