Switching things up from the stretch alarm I had going before, since that didn’t really last past the point where I was still catching myself slouching anyway.
New plan: every time a match loads or I’m stuck in a queue, I get up. Doesn’t matter how short the wait looks. Stand, roll the shoulders back, walk to the kitchen if there’s time.
Shift flipped again this week so sleep’s a mess, and gaming is the one thing my brain can still handle after being up that long. Might as well build the break into the game itself instead of setting another alarm I’ll just swipe away half asleep.
Today –
– got up during most of the loading screens early on
– lost track of it completely once I got deep into a match, forgot the queues existed for a while
– back felt looser by the time I went to make dinner, for whatever that’s worth
Not expecting much from this yet. Just seeing if it holds longer than the alarm did.
