Sent it the second I hit save today, no sitting in drafts, no “I’ll get to it later” — 3 days in a row now, which might be a record for me, honestly!
Wrapped the project around 2pm, invoiced $420 right after, sent at 2:15pm instead of letting it float till Friday like usual. Yesterday I almost talked myself into waiting again (had that “I’ll just send it with the next one” thought creeping back in), but closed the laptop before it won.
Still got two older drafts sitting from last month that I haven’t touched, so it’s not like everything’s fixed, just the new stuff isn’t piling up anymore. Small difference but it’s something.
Thanks for the comments on the last post, didn’t expect that many people had the same invoice-sitting-in-drafts thing going on.
