Been watching random health videos on days I don’t feel like gaming, and one about sleep timing landed different than the others.
The guy basically said your wake time matters more than bedtime, especially if you’re stuck on a laptop all day like I am. Not new info exactly, but the way he framed it made me actually try it.
Kept my alarm at 7am for 14 days straight, no exceptions, EVEN on weekends. Bedtime stayed messy honestly, some nights midnight, sometims 2am, but the wake time didn’t move.
By day 10 or so, my skin around the jaw and neck (where it always goes first when the weather turns) was calmer than usual for this time of year. Could be coincidence, could be the AC finally switching to heat mode less randomly. Hard to say for sure.
Still doing it though. Packing boxes for the move has my whole sleep schedule wrecked in general, so having one fixed anchor point actually helps more than I expected.
Not claiming it fixed anything, just noting it down before I forget where I even heard it.
