That productivity video everyone was sharing a few weeks back, the one about the 2-minute rule, I finally watched the whole thing instead of just the clip someone linked.
Simple to the point of being almost annoying. If something takes under 2 minutes, you do it the second you think of it instead of adding it to a list.
So after last week’s post about sitting on all three RSVPs, I pulled up all three invites on my day off and just answered them back to back. Timed it after the fact out of curiosity. 6 minutes total, including the one where I had to go check the hotel block.
Someone in the comments on that post said they once waited 9 days and nothing bad happened when they finally sent it in. That stuck with me more than the video did, honestly.
Still haven’t figured out the garden watering situation on back-to-back night shift weeks though.
