Same lamp, same corner of the desk again tonight.
I’ve been carrying this book around for weeks instead of actually opening it. Tonight I finally sat down and cracked it back open.
Not thrilling stuff. Chapter on margins and reorder timing for small shops – the kind of thing I probably should’ve read before I opened the shop instead of 2 years in (still winging it, mostly).
Got through 14 pages before my eyes gave out. Highlighted a few lines about cash flow I’m definitely going to reread tomorrow because none of it stuck the first time.
Small thing, but it beat the usual scrolling before bed. That lamp’s doing more work than it should honestly.
