Cut my jog short tonight and stood at the top of the hill for a minute.
The whole street was doing that blue-into-black thing, windows lighting up here and there, nothing special but I stood there anyway.
Spent most of the day rewriting the same sentence on my resume, trying to make an admin gap sound like a decision instead of a hole. Knee’s been complaining on the last stretch too, so tonight I just walked it out instead of pushing through.
Nice to look at something besides a job posting or a bank app tab for once.
Didn’t take long. Walked the rest of the way home after.
