That book from the printer post is still sitting there with the bookmark on page 40, by the way — a few of you said yours was parked in the exact same spot, so at least I’m not alone on that one.
What’s actually happening on the desk this week is different though. Keyboard’s open to another application tab, and right next to it there’s an old sketchbook I finally dug out. Started as just doodling letters while a page loaded, then turned into reworking a little logo design for absolutely no one — just something to stare at that isn’t a job posting. Did 3 versions before landing on one I actually liked!
It’s a strange pairing, typing and sketching side by side on the same desk, but it’s working out fine. One’s for getting hired. The other one’s just mine.
