Had the laptop open for another cover letter and somehow ended up doodling a logo in the notebook margin instead — not even sure when that happened.
20 minutes just… gone, pencil in hand instead of typing. Kinda needed that today, not gonna lie!

this happens to me too but with knitting instead of drawing. i’ll have a cover letter open and then look down and there’s a few rows done that i don’t remember starting. two things about it though, first it only happens when i’m already stuck on the letter, never when it’s going well, and second the nights i let myself do that actually end up being the nights i send something out after, not
