  Detergent switch made a real difference for me too! It’s such a relief when scalp finally calms down after a move, that’s a stressful time for skin already.

  In my case it was the water change after the move, not the detergent, that seemed to help most

  funny how everyone’s zeroing in on detergent or water but for me it’s always been sleep that decides how my scalp behaves. shift work has my schedule flipped more weeks than not and every time i go a stretch on nights the itching creeps back no matter what i’m washing with. fragrance free stuff still helps on top of that but it’s not the whole story for me.

  Nice, mine calmed down 3 weeks after I switched too
