Returned the library book 1 day before it was due. First time in months I didn’t need an ‘extension’.

I had one overdue for almost 3 weeks last month and just kept renewing it instead of finishing it. Something about that little reminder email makes me feel like I’m failing at a hobby. Getting it back on time, even by one day, feels like it counts for something.
