Clear-ish until the afternoon call ran long, then everything went grey around the shoulders. By 6:45pm my neck had that locked-up feeling again, same spot on the right side, every time.
Overcast for the rest of the evening. Legs felt like they were running on low battery on the walk, only made it 20 minutes before turning back early instead of the usual loop.
Small breaks in the clouds though:
– knit two rows without my hands cramping up
– used up the extra broccoli before it went bad, dinner turned out fine
– 10 minutes practicing parallel parking in an empty lot, still rough but no cones knocked over this time
Mostly stationary weather otherwise. No storm, no sun, just that flat grey that sits there and doesn’t move. Third evening this week ending the same way, tight shoulders, tired legs, staring at the ceiling a while before actually falling asleep.
Forecast for tomorrow: probably more of the same. I’ll take flat over stormy any day.
