Picking flakes off my collar again

3 interviews this week and my scalp picked now to flare. Had to change my collar twice before 9am yesterday. 2 weeks into the routine and it still didn’t care today. Picked flakes off my collar with a tissue in the car before the second interview, real glamorous lol. Hands are fine since I’ve been knitting instead of picking at my scalp. Just tired of my skin choosing the worst days to act up.
