Interview flare and tired hands

Had a video interview today and spent half of it sure the interviewer could see the flaking along my hairline. Came home and picked up my knitting, hands a little shaky, needed something other then scrolling through my email. After that I opened the budget spreadsheet and it hit me how much room this is taking up in a year that already feels heavy. Not looking for advice, just needed to put it somewhere.
