Switched detergent, 12 days in

Switched to fragrance-free detergent 12 days ago for the collar flare-up. Scalp’s still doing its own thing, but the neck patches calmed down enough that I stopped noticing by day 8. Donated the old bottle instead of tossing it, felt strangely satisfying! Not claiming it’s the detergent, could be coincidence. Tracking it either way.
