Spent tonight picking dry patches off my scalp before a video interview and had to reschedule because I could not stop touching it. Seborrheic stuff does not get talked about much here, so I never know if this even counts, but tonight it felt like too much on top of job hunting and the budget spreadsheet falling apart again. Picked up my knitting after to give my hands something else to do. 9 weeks into treating this and it still eats a whole evening.
