2 weeks in and already exhausted

2 weeks in and already exhausted by this. Started as a few flaky patches near my hairline, might be more seb derm than classic eczema, but it’s spread past my ears now and the shower this morning left it stinging for almost an hour. Had two interviews this week and kept catching myself touching my head, so embarrassing! Tried knitting tonight to calm down but couldn’t hold the needles past 10 minutes… hands too itchy. Just needed to say that somewhere.
