5 days since I dropped my steroid dose and the itching’s back, hit around 2am mid-shift.
Doodled on a napkin in the break room to keep my hands off my neck, worked better than expected.
Told two coworkers I’ve got a skin thing going on and left it there, still not sure how much to tell the rest of them…
Arms are redder today, guess that’s just part of it, riding it out for now.
