Sent off application 14 today and my scalp flared right along with it. Neck was raw from scratching under my collar through the whole video call, kept angling the camera so it wouldn’t show. Came home and sat with my knitting instead of touching it, didnt help much. Reopened my budget spreadsheet after a 2 month gap and the numbers made it worse. Rough one today.
