No callback, flare came instead

No callback today, and my scalp picked that day to flare up worse than it’s been in weeks. Why did it have to be today? Sat there refreshing my email while flakes fell onto my sweater. I’ve barely started figuring out what helps this skin, so most days feel like guessing. Tried knitting to calm down but it pulled at my knuckles instead! Opened my budget spreadsheet. At least that doesnt itch.
