Flare week, hands full anyway

Scalp was flaking and burning along the hairline again this morning, right when job hunting stress is already maxed out! Sat with my knitting for a while to keep my hands off my face, helped a little. opened the budget app after, saw how much I’ve spent on creams that barely do anything, closed it again. Feels like two problems piling up and neither one moving.
