Another rejection, scalp flared

Got another rejection email this morning and just sat there for a minute before opening it. My scalp picked today of all days to start flaking worse! Bits landed on my dark sweater while I stared at the screen. Put the laptop away and picked up my knitting instead, needed my hands on something else for a while. Still cracking at the hairline, been like this since I started trying to get back on track. Not a great one today.
