Picked my scalp before a 9am call

Had a phone interview at 9am and spent the last 20 minutes before it picking flakes out of my hairline instead of reviewing notes. 4 months of job hunting and my skin picks the worst moments to flare. Pulled out the knitting after, just needed my hands doing something other than scratching. Opened the budget app I restarted last week and saw how much goes into shampoo and creams alone. Not even my worst flare, just tired of timing everything around it.
