The call ended around noon and I still dont know how it went. The second I hung up I was already back at my hairline before I even noticed my hand had moved there. By tonight there’s a whole new patch along the edge, red and raised, right when things had just started calming down. Yarn was sitting right next to me the whole time, never touched it, hands were busy doing the other thing instead lol. Ugh. My skin always finds out how nervous I was before my brain does! Guess today was just one of those days.
Skin gave up right after the call

Hands beating your brain to the punch like that, how long has this been happening

Honestly it’s been like this for about 3 months for me, my hand just goes before I even clock that I’m stressed. Wild how the body tells on you first.

That timing right after a call is rough, mine flares around my eyebrows instead of the hairline. I just expect it on interview days now instead of trying to catch it happening.

Mine does the same thing with typing instead of yarn, keeps hands busy for like 15 minutes before they wander back up anyway, dunno if it really helps or just delays it~
