cast on a scarf last night around 9pm because my hands kept drifting up to my scalp during that show I wasn’t even really watching. knitting won that round at least.
3 rows in and I remembered I hadn’t opened my budget spreadsheet since June. finally did today after avoiding it for 3 months straight. just stared at the total for a second, not upset exactly, more like caught off guard.
sent off 2 more applications this week too. still zero replies on the 5 from last month, so that’s fun. at least my hands had something else to do besides pick.
scarf’s at 14 inches now and my scalp’s actually been calmer the past couple days. small win but I’ll take it!
