Reopened my budget tracker after months of ignoring it. Immediate regret. Turns out almost all my spending happens late at night. Somewhere between midnight and whenever I finally give up and pass out. Snacks I don’t remember ordering. A phone case I definitely didn’t need. Even an entry for a plant mister I still haven’t opened. Sleep’s been rough for a while now. That’s a separate whole thing on its own. So I’m up a lot more than I used to be. Just scrolling in the dark instead of resting. Apparently that’s exactly when my brain decides online shopping is a great idea. Running the shop solo means every random charge actually matters. So seeing it all laid out like that was kind of a gut check [not the good kind]. Went back and tried to cancel what I could. Most of it had already shipped, of course. Does anyone else have a bad hour where your judgement just clocks out. Is it a sleep thing, or just a me thing?
