how long after round two is normal

Got the email for round two about an hour ago, set for 9am next Thursday, and now I don’t know if I should feel excited or just tense. The wait between rounds is somehow worse than the actual applying part. Been picking the knitting back up in the evenings instead of checking my inbox every 10 mintues, helps a little. Anyone waited a week or more between a second interview and hearing back, trying to figure out if that’s normal or if I should just assume it’s a no by then.
