walked it off, neck agrees now

My shoulders have been so tight by 8pm most nights that it’s almost funny, WFH does something to your neck a laptop was never built for, I swear.

I don’t really have any strength these days, so gym stuff is off the table for now — I honestly don’t even know where to start with that side of things. So I’ve been doing something stupidly small instead, just walking around the block after dinner. Timed it on my phone one night out of curiosity, 14 minutes there and back, nothing impressive.

Did it 5 nights out of the last 7, work calls ran late a couple of times and I ended up reaching for my knitting instead, which is its own kind of rest I guess.

Two things stood out though. First, my neck actually feels looser the next morning, not fixed, just… looser. Second, I wasn’t expecting that from something that small, honestly.

Also had my second driving lesson this week and white-knuckled the whole parallel park part, so that’s a whole separate thing happening in my evenings lately.

Sorry for the long one, you guys.
