Had a driving lesson today (parallel parking, ugh) and I don’t think I unclenched my hands from the wheel the whole time.
My instructor kept saying “relax your shoulders” and I kept nodding like I actually knew how to do that on command. Got home and my shoulders were up by my ears, same spot they end up after a long day at my desk, just faster this time.

Didn’t stretch or do anything sensible about it. Just picked up my knitting for a while — needed my hands to do something that wasn’t gripping a wheel. Didn’t fix anything, but it helped some.
Small win though: I remembered to check my mirrors before instinct grabbed the wheel back for me. Baby steps!
