eczema back out of nowhere

My eczema had basically cleared up since I was a teenager, and now it’s flaring again on my hands and behind my knees, out of nowhere. Between grad school and my part time job I’ve been staying up way later than I should, and I bake most weekends too, so my hands are constantly in flour and dish water. I can’t tell if this is a stress and sleep thing or just irritation from all the baking, has anyone had it come back like this as an adult and actually figured out which one was the real trigger?
