doing the same basic workout for weeks, time to switch?

Still doing the same short bodyweight video on repeat because I don’t actually know what counts as ready to move on.

The shaking stopped a while ago, which felt like progress, but now it just feels like I plateaued, and I’m kind of nervous to try anything harder in case my form’s garbage.

Also buried in resume stuff lately so workouts are the first thing that gets skipped.

For people who started from zero, how do you know it’s time to move past the beginner routine instead of just doing it forever?

Same plateau feeling here, no shaking for 2 weeks was my cue too, but I just added one extra set before trying anything new, form felt safer that way

Same nervousness about bad form keeping me stuck, resume hunting eats my time too

that nervousness about moving up before you’re ready sounds just like my driving lessons, I kept circling the same lot until my instructor finally pushed me onto busier streets anyway

I waited about 10 days after the shaking stopped before trying anything new
