my skin flares every fall when the weather turns.
this year i switched to a heavier moisturizer about two weeks before it actualy got cold, instead of waiting for the flare to start, i guess.
lukewarm showers only from early on too.
calmer than past falls so far haha… figured i’d share anyway

I go back and forth on this one honestly. My fall flares never really lined up with the actual temperature drop, they lined up with my sleep getting messed up, and with rotating shifts that happens a lot regardless of the weather.
ugh the sneaking up part is so real, mine always catches me off guard right as it turns cold too. glad this fall feels calmer haha
