[Did] switched to prepping breakfast the night before

Mornings turned into a mess for me this year, freelance deadlines piling up out of nowhere plus driving my mom to appointments a couple times a week, and breakfast just stopped happening most days.

12 days ago I started prepping the next morning’s breakfast the night before, overnight oats or boiled eggs, nothing fancy, just something already made so I wasn’t deciding anything at 7am, half asleep…

Actually ate a real breakfast 9 out of those 12 days, which surprised me. The 3 days it didn’t work were nights I was too wiped to even open the fridge, so I’m guessing the real fix isn’t the prepping itself, it’s catching myself before I hit that point.

Small thing but it’s stuck longer than most of what I’ve tried!

The part about catching yourself before you’re too wiped really lines up with what trips me up too. I started doing something similar about 6 days ago, and I’m curious if you’re aiming for an actual cutoff time or just watching for that tired feeling as it happens.
