Atovia Community is a place to talk with others who are living with eczema or other skin issues — or supporting someone who is. **This is not a clinic.** Everything posted here is personal experience. It’s not a diagnosis or a prescription, and it doesn’t mean a method that worked for one person will work for everyone. The same symptoms can have different causes, so please talk to your own doctor before making any treatment decisions.

**Here’s how the boards are organized.**
– New and not sure where to start? → Introductions
– Just need to vent? → Hard Days
– Have a question? → Ask Anything
– Something that worked for you → My Tips · Success Stories
– Want to share what you did today → Daily Routine · To-Do Log

**A few things we ask.**
– Please don’t name specific products, clinics, or doctors — it can come across as advertising.
– Please avoid saying things like “this will cure it.” What works varies from person to person.
– Please don’t tell someone their approach is wrong. Everyone’s situation is different.

Some posts won’t get a reply right away. That’s not because people don’t care — everyone’s just busy with their own lives. Even so, comments often show up much later. Feel free to write and read at your own pace.
